Turn Off Your TV Day!

The Morality in Media Organization apparently sponsors an annual "Turn off your TV day" and has confirmed that this years date is set for February 14th. Head over to the website and check it out, and I encourage everyone to take some sort of social action on that day to wage complaint against the secular media's dehumanizing effect on American culture. This issue is an important one, and I think all Catholics should take part in this practice, making the day one of prayer and contemplation, devoting it to family life or something of that sort.
